Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Sweden

  • European Union

  • United States

  • Canada

  • Selected international destinations

If your country is not available at checkout, shipping is not currently offered to that destination.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and carrier performance.

  • Sweden: 2–4 business days

  • European Union: 2–5 business days

  • United States & Canada: 3–6 business days

Please note that delivery times do not include customs clearance where applicable.


Shipping Costs

European Union

We offer free standard shipping within the EU on single-item orders.
For orders containing multiple items, shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Sweden

Standard shipping is offered within Sweden.
Shipping costs, if applicable, are shown at checkout before payment.

United States & Canada

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Due to distance and carrier costs, shipping fees for these destinations are higher than within the EU.


Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges:

  • Are not included in the product price or shipping cost

  • Are the responsibility of the customer

  • Are collected by the carrier or local customs authority upon delivery

We ship under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms.


Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking.
Tracking details will be sent by email once your order has been dispatched.


Delivery Issues

Astrom Engineering AB is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers or customs authorities

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Failed delivery attempts where the recipient is unavailable

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at
petter@astromengineering.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).
