Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
If you wish to return an item, you may do so in accordance with the terms below.

EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If you are located within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

  • You must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery

  • The item must be returned in unused condition and in its original packaging


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as received

  • The item must be returned with all original packaging and accessories

  • Proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been installed, modified, or damaged

  • Items returned incomplete or not in original condition

  • Items returned outside the allowed return period


Return Process

  1. Contact us at petter@astromengineering.com within the applicable return period

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. If approved, you will receive return instructions

Please do not return items without contacting us first.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to order a different item or variant, please place a new order and return the original item according to this policy.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us at
petter@astromengineering.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will assess the case and provide a suitable resolution.


International Orders

For orders shipped outside the European Union:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer
